Heather Elliott-Whitehead, CPC.
Heather is a business consultant, educator, coach and entrepreneur. She has held executive positions internationally (Canada, U.S., Jamaica ) in various sectors such as Hospitality, Manufacturing and Distribution, Finance, Telecommunications, Broadcasting and Entertainment. Heather ran the Elliott PR and Communications Group in New York City, an award winning boutique PR firm, that represented some of the leading African American stars , TV shows and film companies including the FOX hit Empire, Scandal on ABC, BLACKISH on ABC, Lionsgate Entertainment and has worked with numerous celebrities and public figures. She's also the Creator and Executive Producer of an unscripted experimental urban series, now in syndication on major streaming platforms globally.

As a small business consultant, Heather is known for creating successful small business start-ups in the entertainment, e-commerce and CPG industries. Also a Certified Life Coach (CPC) and mentor, In her spare time, Heather loves to volunteer with social justice and empowerment organizations, including Nepris/Pathful where she consults as educator and trainer. She has been recognized by various philanthropic organizations for her work with Empower Canada, a not-for-profit organization she started in 2015 for disadvantaged women and girls of color in Canada. Heather continues to make her mark in Philanthropy as the volunteer head of PR mission for the award winning charitable organization, Thrive Global Project. In 2023, Heather was named to a select shadow committee under advisement of the OHCHR (UN Human Rights Commission) as advocate and special volunteer for the Caribbean on Gender equity matters. Through her family's Yummy Jamaican Foods brand affiliation, Heather has partnered with select non-profit agencies and food shelters to provide meals for unhoused persons in NYC on a quarterly basis.

In 2020, during the Coronavirus pandemic, Heather authored her first children's book, "Q is for Quarantine". Q is for Quarantine is now available in all of the NYC and Mecklenburg County, NC public school libraries and online globally at major retailers and bookstores.

Heather was born and raised in rural Jamaica and attended collegiate school in Manitoba, Canada. Upon completion of her studies in Canada, Heather later migrated to the United States to pursue studies in Mass Communications, Public Relations and International Trade Law. She attended Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL, Western University in London, Ontario and Harvard Extension School respectively. In addition to working in corporate business and finance, Heather runs her CPG frozen foods company.
